Frequently asked questions

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?⌄
Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Everything is made to order rather than picked off a shelf, so allow 1 to 2 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched, then transit on top of that. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

How much is shipping?⌄
Standard shipping is US$5.95, and it’s free on orders over US$70.00. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?⌄
Head to Track your order and enter your order or tracking number. You can also use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or open your orders if you have an account.

Can I change my address or size after ordering?⌄
Tell us as fast as you can and we’ll change it if the order hasn’t gone to production. Use the form on our contact page with your order number.

REFUNDS

Can I get a refund?⌄
Yes. Tell us within 30 days and we’ll refund you, and you don’t need to ship anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Do you do exchanges?⌄
No, we don’t run exchanges. If something isn’t right we refund you and you’re free to order the size or piece you wanted.
